Sony says it hopes to make gaming more enjoyable for more players by allowing them to play games more comfortably and for longer periods of time, regardless of disability.

The controller can not only through a variety of shapes and designs, with different button keycaps as well as joystick caps to customize the layout of the controller, but also 360 degrees in any direction, a variety of different planes to adapt its use.

The number of editable buttons on an Access Controller is 10 buttons plus a joystick. Due to its special positioning, a user can use two Access Controllers plus a DualSense controller at the same time, which is still able to meet the requirements of most games.

At the same time, the Access Controller also features four industry-standard 3.5mm expansion ports for connecting additional buttons, specialized trigger switches, or other compatible accessibility accessories.

However, the Access Controller currently adapts to PS5 hardware only, and is not available for PS4 or PC.
