Microsoft releases Windows 11 Dev Channel Build 25252.1010 (KB5021855)

Microsoft has released an update for Windows 11 Build 25252, which was released to Windows Insiders on Monday. it comes as cumulative update Build 25252.1010 (KB5021855) and does not contain any new content, as it is intended for testing the service pipeline.

The full announcement says:

We are starting to roll out the cumulative update Build 25252.1010 (KB5021855). This update does not include any new content and is intended to test the service pipeline we have built in the development channel.

As a result, all bug fixes and improvements from the earlier release of Build 25252 have been brought to the development channel.

Interestingly, while no new changes were made in this build, service test builds like this one have been known to break some functionality before. For example, in previous versions of Windows, specifically in Windows 10 Build 21292.1010, it caused problems with x64 emulation on ARM PCs.
