[IPSW] Apple tvOS v17.3 (21K646) Official Firmware

Following the release of the latest beta update to tvOS 17.3 on January 9, Apple has officially rolled out the latest version of its operating system designed specifically for Apple TV.

Compared to updates for other operating systems, tvOS updates are typically more modest in scope, focusing on bug fixes and minor enhancements rather than major, noticeable changes.

The version number of tvOS 17.3 is 21K646, replacing tvOS 17.2 with version number 21K365.

Looking at the previously released version 17.2 of tvOS, there are some important updates, such as a revamped Apple TV app with new sidebar menus, Dolby Atmos for SharePlay, voice search in the app, improvements to FaceTime, audio focus in Apple Fitness+ Sports, and the start of testing for 3D movie support in the upcoming Apple Vision Pro. 3D movie support for Apple Vision Pro.

Along with the release of tvOS 17.3, Apple has also released a HomePod software update, version 21K646, which can be installed on HomePod and HomePod mini right now through the Home app.

How to update to tvOS 17.3

1. On your Apple TV, go to the Settings app.
2. Navigate to the "System" option in the Settings menu.
3. Select "Software Update" in the "System" menu.
4. Select "Update Software". The Apple TV will then check for new updates.

If you prefer automatic updates, you can enable this feature in the "Software Update" section of the system settings. Once activated, the Apple TV will automatically update to the latest tvOS version when available, usually overnight while connected to Wi-Fi.
