Win11 2023 new preview version 25145 : Black screen BUG finally resolved

This morning, Microsoft pushed the new Windows 11 preview to Insider Members of the Dev Channel, with Build 25145.

Version 23H2, code-named SV3, is expected to become regular next year.

There are three main new features, respectively, the new narrator braille driver support, support to view and manage OneDrive storage information in the Settings, subscription, etc.; Third, it extends the local administrator password function in group policy.

Other suggested actions are available to Insider members in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Click on a folder in Explorer with the middle mouse button and it will open as a new TAB.

There are also plenty of fixes, most importantly the black screen that some users have experienced, especially on Surface Pro X devices.

In addition, the notification bar ignores message animation exceptions, Wi-Fi Settings take several minutes to open, and CTRL+ ARROW keys in task Manager are invalid.
