Evernote Acquired by Bending Spoons

Evernote announced that it has been acquired by Bending Spoons, an Italian developer, in a deal that is expected to close in early 2023.

Evernote is a famous and veteran note-taking tool that was once valued at up to $1 billion, but has lost its popularity in the last two years and many of its regular users have chosen to leave.

Bending Spoons is an Italian mobile app developer founded in 2013 and based in Milan. The company is known primarily for its iOS mobile apps, including Splice, 30 Day Fitness, Live Quiz and Remini, and currently has over 90 million monthly users and over 500 million app downloads.
