Edge file transfer “magic tool” upgrade: Drop integrated screenshot function

Earlier this year, Microsoft launched the new Drop feature in the beta version of Edge browser, which is known as a new generation of file transfer "magic tool" due to its rich features.

Now, Drop has added a new feature: screenshots.

As the name implies, users can capture and upload screenshots directly to Drop using the new Drop screenshot switch, and then upload them to Drop to share them across devices.

In addition to the new screenshot upload feature, Drop has a plethora of features that enable cross-device syncing of almost everything, including text, notes, files and even programs.

However, Drop is not without its limitations.

Drop is a feature implemented on Microsoft's OneDrive cloud service, which makes its file transfer limited by OneDrive storage capacity.

Therefore, if you want to use Drop continuously, you need to make sure you have enough space on OneDrive and check and clean up unneeded files from time to time to free up more available space.
