Codename Plato Mi 12T Exposure: Processor is Dimensity 8100

Today, developer @Kacskrz revealed on social media that there is one new mi 12 series that has yet to be released this year. The mi 12T, code-named Plato, is powered by Mediatek's Dimensity 8100 flagship processor.

This is the second model in the Mi 12 family to use Mediatek chips (the mi 12 Pro Breguet edition is the first), and the Dimensity 8100 is the Divine U.

Mediatek Dimensity 8100 is based on TSMC's 5nm process. It is composed of four Cortex-A78 cores with a 2.85ghz main frequency and four Cortex-A55 cores with a 2.0ghz main frequency.

At present, Redmi K50, Redmi Note 11T Pro series and other models use this processor, with excellent energy efficiency ratio and strong performance, the market reputation is good.

It will now be incorporated into the Mi 12T, which, as is customary, may also have a Pro version, which is expected to debut in the second half of the year.
