ASUS launches RTX 3050 LP BRK GPU: 6GB of video memory, no external power required

ASUS has launched the RTX 3050 LP BRK CPU, offering an OC version and a regular version, both of which do not require external independent power supply.

The ASUS RTX 3050 LP BRK GPU is reportedly 182*69*40 mm in size and two slots thick, with the GPU chip as well as the video memory pressed through a large piece of heatsinking aluminum block, equipped with two highly durable dual ball-bearing mini-fans, and conforming to IP5X dust protection standards.

Meanwhile, the regular version of the card boasts a Boost frequency of 1470MHz, which reaches 1500MHz when OC mode is enabled.

The OC version has a somewhat higher Boost frequency of 1507MHz by default and 1537MHz in OC mode, both of which are higher than our previously reported GeForce RTX 3050 6GB LP White from Shadowchip (1485MHz) and Gigabyte's GeForce RTX 3050 OC Low Profile 6G ( 1477MHz).

In terms of interfaces, the card is equipped with one DP1.4a, one HDMI2.1 and one DVI, supporting up to 7680* 4320 resolution display output, and adopts an arrangement layout suitable for half-height PCIe baffles, which are included.

The launch date and pricing of the new graphics card is currently unknown, for reference, ASUS currently sells the DUAL GeForce RTX 3050 O6G GPU for ¥1599, and due to the smaller design of the new graphics card, the price may be the same or higher.
