Vivo officially announced the next generation of self-research imaging chip: Vivo X90 is expected to use
At Vivo's imaging strategy launch today, Vivo brought out its future layout in imaging, which includes a new imaging self-developed chip.
It is reported that this self-researched chip, the name of which has not yet been announced, has been architecturally upgraded from a traditional ISP to an AI-ISP, which enables high-precision AI computing with low latency and high energy efficiency.
With the improvement of the chip architecture, this new self-research chip has a data throughput rate of 1.3 trillion bits/s, a peak energy efficiency ratio of 16.3 Tops/w, and a 20% improvement in night video noise reduction compared to the previous generation.
In addition to this new self-research chip, Vivo also announced at the conference the image technology matrix including the super-sensitive portrait system with Zeiss and the next-generation main camera CMOS with a 77% increase in light sensitivity.
Not surprisingly, all these new technologies will be officially met with consumers on the Vivo X90 series to be released soon.
