Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 is only 11.2mm thick and weighs only 262g. Such a slim folding thickness also allows it to reach an extreme thickness of 5.4mm on one side after unfolding, which is currently the world's thinnest 5G phone (non-folding state).

Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 is equipped with Xiaomi's self-developed third-generation pivot technology "micro-drop form pivot", a highly integrated pivot, reducing redundant complex structures, making the pivot more simple, but also making the entire pivot folding thickness reduced to only 8.8mm, compared to the industry's common 11, 12mm thickness of 30% thinner, 35% lighter. This is 30% thinner and 35% lighter than the common 11 or 12mm thickness in the industry.

The inner screen of Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 is the only domestic screen made of Samsung Eco OLED, with a resolution of 2160×1914. The Eco OLED screen enhances light transmission by 33% and is the only folding inner screen on the market that achieves a full-screen brightness of 1000nit. 4:3.55 inner screen brings a tablet-level view, whether for office or entertainment.

Its external screen is a 6.56-inch, 2520 x 1080 resolution screen with a mainstream 21:9 aspect ratio and the latest E5 material with a full-screen brightness of 1000nit and 16% power reduction.

Xiaomi also has a large screen adaptation for all system applications on the MIX Fold 2, and supports three-finger quick split screen, multiple small windows, sidebar quick small windows and other unique experiences on the large screen.
