Windows 11 2022 22621 RTM ISO download

This week, Windows 11 underwent a major shake-up in the preview channel. Today Dev channel internal members were pushed to build 25115 and Beta channel was pushed to build 22621. This means that the Dev channel started to enter the preview version of 23H2, while the Beta channel stays at the more stable and near positive 22H2.

Also, once Dev members upgrade and install Build 25115, they will not be able to roll back to the Beta channel without loss.

Regarding Build 22621, WL revealed that it will be one of the candidates for the Win11 22H2 RTM release. In other words, it is already very stable and available, and has a chance to finally sign up as an official RTM release.

In fact, Microsoft doesn't mention any new features in the changelog. This long list is related to bug fixes and improved experience.

Another piece of evidence is that Microsoft has also opened up a free download of the ISO image of Build 22621 for Insider members (Microsoft Insider account required).
