[Win] yuzu v20231214 bulid 1651

The Yuzu Nintendo Switch emulator has recently been improved with some new features that improve the experience of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and several other games.

The bulid 1646 adds optimizations for parsing and building RomFs, reducing startup time by 2.5 seconds when running Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on an AMD 5950x CPU.

Improvements to the Yuzu Nintendo Switch emulator don't stop with mainline build 1646, as the latest build 1650 also brings improvements to Portal 2 emulation and more. On the other hand, the Early Access Build 4018 release promises to drastically improve the experience for all games, as the newly introduced demo frame rate fixes the growing slowdown, input lag, and crashes during long gameplay sessions, especially when the asynchronous demo option is enabled.

Play Nintendo Switch games on PC via Yuzu and Ryujinx emulators to enjoy better visuals, higher resolution and smoother performance as most major releases run and look better on the emulator even on day one, such as Pikmin 4, Super Mario Bros. Marvels, and Super Mario RPG Remastered.
