Nvidia Releases Hotfix 551.68 Driver: Fixed NVENC Issues

If you're still using an old GTX 16 series graphics card from a few years ago and do a lot of video editing, you won't want to miss NVIDIA's recently released patch driver version 551.61.

It fixes the problem of video corruption or error messages when using NVENC for video encoding on GTX 16 series cards.

However, not all GTX 16 series cards are affected, only the GTX 1650 Ti, GTX 1650, GTX 1630 and the more advanced GTX 1660 series are fine.

The GTX 16 series integrates 6th and 7th generation NVENC encoders that support H.264, H.265 formats and up to 8 concurrently.

This hotfix fixes the following issues:

• Using NVENC to encode video on GeForce GTX 1630/GeForce GTX 1650/GeForce GTX 1650 Ti GPUs may result in corrupted video or error messages [4511046].
