Win10/11 will natively support OCR recognition: goodbye to the three-party fee software

Windows is getting close to having its own native OCR tools.

Microsoft's own PowerToys toolset is expanding its capabilities, and the development team is working on a feature that has been very much in demand, namely OCR recognition. It's still in the early stages, but the start itself is a positive sign.

The so-called OCR is simply a picture to text, and many current cell phone ROMs, including QQ and other software, have added relevant features to quickly identify and extract text content from pictures.

As of early July, the development progress of this OCR tool is that it already supports framing the picture content through a rectangle and then scanning it to derive the text information on the picture.

Currently on Windows, similar OCR tools generally charge a fee. Cracked use is exposed to the risk of viruses and piracy retroactively.
