Midrange graphics cards such as Radeon RX 7600 XT will also use Navi 33 Gpus

According to @Kepler_L2, mid-range RDNA 3 graphics cards like Radeon RX 7600 XT will use Navi 33 GPU. It was previously reported that the Navi 33 will be available in the Radeon RX 7700 series, but the new rumor is that it will also be available in the Radeon RX 7600 series. Currently the Radeon RX 6600 series uses Navi 23, so you can expect significant performance improvements when upgrading to Navi 33.

Navi 33 GPU based on RDNA 3 architecture can be regarded as a mid-range chip, which is an optimized version of Navi 21 based on RDNA 3 architecture. Navi 33 will be based on TSMC's 6nm process and should be 360-460 mm² in size. Compared to the Navi 21 GPU (500 mm²) used in the high-end Radeon 6000 series, the chip die area is reduced by 11-30%.

Key points of Navi 33

  • TSMC 6nm Production Process (Monolithic GPU Design)
  • RDNA3 Graphics core (enhanced clock frequency/performance)
  • Optimized 8GB GDDR6 video memory on 128-bit bus
  • Faster GDDR6 video memory speed
  • Discrete performance equal to or better than RX 6900 XT
  • Ray tracing performance is better than RX 6900 XT
