Adobe has announced that Photoshop for the Web will be free

Adobe's Photoshop is undoubtedly one of the most popular image editing and processing platforms, and now Adobe has announced that the Web version of Photoshop will soon be free.

Adobe is already testing the feature in some regions, where users can access the Web-based version of Photoshop for free by signing up for an Adobe account.

Photoshop on the Web will provide most of the tools, brushes, and processing on the PC for the average user, but Adobe is planning to shut down some of the features that were previously exclusive to paid users.

Although there is a certain gap in function for PC, for users, it is more suitable for rapid dynamic collaboration between multiple users, rather than requiring everyone to buy and download PC PS.

Adobe said that by making the Web version of PS free, it will make it more accessible, allowing more users to legally try out the software and explore its capabilities and potential.

Adobe, meanwhile, hopes that those users will eventually be able to pay for access to the full version of Photoshop.
