Nowadays, more and more laptops are using built-in batteries, which have obvious advantages over the previous replaceable batteries, with greater capacity, but are more troublesome to replace, so it is especially important to take care of the battery while in use.

Today, we will introduce how to check the health of the battery using the commands that come with Windows 11/10:

1. Press Win + S, type cmd, look for "Command Prompt" and open it as administrator.

2. Enter the following command in the command prompt window:

powercfg /batteryreport /output "C:\battery_appsofter.html"

Then press "Enter"

3. Find the "battery_appsofter.html" file under the C drive, and double click to open it, there will be information about the battery.

Note that the value of "DESIGN CAPACITY" is the factory value, while "FULLCHARGE CAPACITY" is the current rechargeable power value, the two data divided by the battery health degree.
