Science: What colors does MacBook Air (2022) come in?

Apple introduced the MacBook Air (2022) during its WWDC keynote, and this year's model shakes things up considerably. It comes with new Apple M2 processors and a taller display, but one of the biggest news items is the new chassis design. 2022 MacBook Air models feature a flat unibody design, it brings back MagSafe, and perhaps most importantly - it comes in a new color option.

This time, there are four colors to choose from, and while Silver and Deep Sky Gray are the same as before, there are two new options this year: Starlight (a gold color) and Midnight, which is an almost-blue shade of black. Let's take a closer look.

Of these options, we think Midnight is the most exciting one, especially because it's the one that feels the freshest. It is a dark blue that is almost black and is a brand new color for the Mac. It's certainly my personal favorite color, but other colors may appeal to you as well. starlight color is a new gold color that's softer and more elegant than the previous gold MacBook Air, which is a nice change of pace.
