HMD launched three Nokia feature phones: one with a wireless headset embedded

HMD has launched three new Feature phones under the Nokia brand, the most notable of which is the Nokia 5710 XpressAudio. It has a built-in charging case that can hold a wireless earphone. The front of the Nokia 5710 XpressAudio looks like a regular candy bar feature phone, with a 2.4-inch display and classic T9 keyboard.

But on the back, there is a charging bin that can be seen by sliding the plastic cover. The device will retail at 74.99 pounds (69 euros) and go on sale in the UK in late July, but there is no word yet on a US release.

The wireless headphones offer up to four hours of music playback, or 2.4 hours of talk time, after a full charge. And the phone's own battery life is long enough that it doesn't sound like keeping the accessory charged is a big deal. According to HMD, the nokia 5710 XpressAudio's detachable 1450mAh battery provides up to six hours of talk time in a 4G environment and up to 20 days of standby time when two 4G SIM cards are inserted.

Because Nokia 5710 XpressAudio is a feature phone, there is no mention of support for modern Music streaming services such as Spotify or Apple Music. (It runs the stripped-down Series 30 Plus operating system used in Nokia-branded phones for nearly a decade.) HMD is right not to resurrect the old Nokia Music services (they suck).

In addition to the Nokia 5710 XpressAudio, HMD also announced the Nokia 8210 4G feature phone (based on the classic Nokia 8210 released in 1999) and a Flip phone called the Nokia 2660 Flip. The 8210 4G retails at £64.99 (€59), while the Nokia 2660 Flip retails at £64.99 (€69), with an optional charging dock, for an extra £20 (€20). Both will be available in late July.

Finally, there's the Nokia T10, a smaller 8-inch Android tablet compared to the 10-inch T20 released last year. Prices start at £129 (€159), a Wi-Fi-only model with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage will be available in August.
