Windows (QoS Packet Planner) Broadband Speed Limit Solution

Today we will introduce a relatively partial tip to modify the reservable bandwidth of QoS packet scheduler through gpedit.msc (local group policy). 1, first press the shortcut key "Windows + R" to open Run, type gpedit.msc and enter.
