How Windows implements mouse positioning

Many netizens who use the ultra wide screen or the "ribbon fish screen" have encountered the situation that they cannot find a mouse. To solve this problem, Win11 has designed a "double click the Ctrl key to quickly find a mouse" function on the mouse settings page.

However, in actual use, this function is not as convenient as expected, because in those large monitors, you will find that the prompts it gives are still difficult to find.

Operation steps:

1. Click Settings – Bluetooth and Devices

2. Click the Mouse in the right column

3. Scroll down to find Additional mouse settings

4. Find the Pointer Options in the pop-up window

5. Check the Show location of pointer when I pressing the Ctrl key below
