Classic horror game “Silent Hill” the new work finally came

When it comes to horror games, the Silent Hill series is definitely a masterpiece that can't be avoided, but due to developer Konami's strategic adjustments and its break with Hideo Kojima, it has led to a delay in the arrival of new works in the series.

Today, Konami finally announced officially on social media that it will bring the news of the new Silent Hill series at a digital event on October 19 at 2:00 PM PDT.

Currently, the official teaser site has gone online, and the series' art director Masahiro Ito also retweeted the tweet, which indicates that the work will be a series proper, and not just a reset of the old game.

It is worth mentioning that, in fact, as early as 2014 years ago, Konami has tried to launch a new Silent Hill series, and by Hideo Kojima launched what is probably the most well-known game demo on the entire PS4 platform, "P.T.".

But unfortunately, although the "P.T." successfully won the unanimous praise of players and the media, but Konami and Hideo Kojima's disagreement has become more and more serious, which eventually led to Kojima immediately Konami to stand on its own, the original "Silent Hill" new work is also therefore shelved.
