Samsung Galaxy S23+ battery revealed

Today's news, Samsung Galaxy S23+ battery appeared in South Korea's battery certification agency Safety Korea.

Relevant information shows that the battery model of the Galaxy S23+ is EB-BS916ABY, the mobile phone model is SM-S916B, and the battery is produced by China ATL (Ningde). PS: Ningde also provides batteries for Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy ZFold4.

Sadly, the battery spy shots of the Galaxy S23+ are so blurry that it's impossible to discern the battery capacity of the new flagship. It was previously reported that the battery capacity of the Galaxy S23+ is basically the same as that of the Galaxy S22+, which is equipped with 4500mAh, and the Galaxy S23+ battery is expected to be around 4500mAh.

Most importantly, the Galaxy S23+ uses a Samsung AMOLED straight screen and is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship processor, which is the standard configuration of Qualcomm's flagship in 2023.

Specifically, the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 is based on TSMC's 4nm process and adopts a new "1+2+2+3" eight-core architecture design, abandoning the "1+3+4" three-cluster architecture on the Snapdragon 8+. Among them, the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 super core is upgraded to Cortex X3, the large core is upgraded to Cortex A715, and the small core is still Cortex A510.

It is rumored that the Galaxy S23+ will debut in February 2023.
